I don’t have a middle name. No idea why, ask my parents!
What is your favorite thing to grow?
That’s hard to say because it really depends what I’m eating with it, but our Dry Riesling is a definite go-to in the summer.
What is your favorite recipe or cooking technique using Jersey Fresh?
It’s tough to beat an heirloom Jersey tomato with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt alongside a chilled bottle of our Dry Rosé.
