What is something unique about your farm or business?

Our farm is situated in suburban Camden County, not exactly where you would expect to find a farm. But we aim to show people that you can grow anywhere. We only have 1-acre, but after farming in Atlanta and Philadelphia, I’ve learned to become very efficient with limited space.

What is your favorite thing to grow?

Okra

What is your favorite recipe or cooking technique using Jersey Fresh?

My kids only eat okra in its raw form (too much slime for them when it’s cooked). So we make an okra, corn, and tomato salad with fresh garlic and herbs, all Jersey Fresh. The flavors are great so we only use a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.
