Because this is a new online management system, organizations may need to register with the system.

Steps to Get Started:

• Check if your organization has already registered in IGX

If Organization has registered in IGX:

•  Check if your organization already has an active authorized signatory

  (If your organization does not have active authorized signatory then please contact LAOCDgrantsystem@la.gov)

• The assigned Authorized Signatory(AS) of your organization will designate access to your organizational account as they deem appropriate

• Once given access by the Authorized Signatory(AS), you will receive an email Notification of Access Approval

If Organization has not registered in IGX:

• The initial Registration for your organization must be completed by an Authorized Signatory (AS) for the organization
• Once the Authorized Signatory (AS) registers the organization, they will receive an email Notification of Access Approval from the online systems administrator
